The last few presents are being wrapped, the mulled wine is on the stove, and the turkey is being stuffed. Christmas Day is just a few hours away and Santa is about to start the worst shift of the year.
Only 1 day left to shop! How about staying away from the hellish Oxford Circus, and go to Portobello to pick up something a little bit different.
Amongst many boutiques, you will also stumble across our brand new Portobello shop, which has had a great write up by Notting Chic at http://www.nottingchic.com/featured where she writes all about Religion and our love for gothic antiques, not to mention the great array of clothes perfect for Christmas and New Year!
As the big day draws closer with just 4 sleeps to go, the Christmas parties and nights out are amping up.
Our favourite end-of-the-night-dance-till-the-lights-come-on song is Wizzard's 'Wish it Could be Christmas Every day'; not only is it a classic festive tune but it's also a sentiment that we're on board with. Wear the Heir dress or the Dove tee and party till Santa comes round.
Fancy yourself some new clothes for Christmas, or maybe you're stuck for those last few Christmas presents?

Up-and-coming musician and fashion darling Jade Williams (AKA Sunday Girl) discusses her favourite fashion trends of AW11 on msn.com. In the video she talks about a pair of Religion tuxedo style 'Immense Trousers' as part of the Androgynous trend, and our sparkly 'Gracious Cardigan' which she thinks everyone should own.
The December Issue of Company Magazine featured two Religion items- worn in very different ways, showing the versatility of our collection.
First is the 'Urge Dress' a layered, asymmetric leather dress. Wear dressed up with killer heels and some fur, or for a more relaxed feel, wear with flats and a denim jacket. Either way it is a statement piece, and falls in line with the current trend for al things 'fetish'.
Secondly is the 'Immense Jacket', part of our Black Label collection. Shown here Teddy Boy style, it can be teamed up with a bowler hat and creepers. Alternatively it can be worn over a dress to give a girly outfit a slightly androgynous feel.
